Building workflows, communication expectations, visibility, and accountability that hold up at scale, along with clear ways to measure what success looks like, becomes critical as teams grow.

My work centers on building the right systems, supporting hiring and team design, bringing structure to how teams operate, and integrating AI and automation into daily workflows.
