A big focus of my work is helping teams operate effectively in a distributed environment. In today’s world, access to top talent often means teams are spread across the country or globally. Building workflows, communication expectations, visibility, and accountability that hold up at scale, along with clear ways to measure what success looks like, becomes critical as teams grow.
My work centers on building the right systems, supporting hiring and team design, bringing structure to how teams operate, and integrating AI and automation into daily workflows.
The goal is to bring clear structure and momentum so businesses can scale and teams stay focused on what matters most. The work is hands-on, embedded, and tailored to each team.
