I work at the intersection of business operations and execution, partnering closely with founders and leadership teams to help things actually move. Over the past 9+ years, I’ve worked with startups across Silicon Valley environments, supporting both early stage buildout and growth.

I tend to operate in a fractional capacity, partnering closely with founders across product, operations, CX, hiring, onboarding, and go to market. The common thread across all of it is helping bring structure to areas that are still taking shape. Whether that’s defining ownership, building systems, or improving how teams execute day to day, my focus is always on making the business easier to run.

A big part of my work has been helping teams operate effectively in a distributed environment. I believe the best teams are no longer limited by geography, but remote work only works when it’s intentional. Communication, accountability, and clarity have to be built into how the company operates. When that foundation is in place, teams can move faster and operate with a lot more flexibility.

I take a people-first approach and usually start by identifying the biggest source of friction in the business. From there, it’s about creating alignment, putting the right structure in place, and helping teams move forward with more consistency. I also have a strong understanding of the founder experience. It can be a heavy role, especially early on, and part of what I bring is helping create space, reduce noise, and make execution feel more manageable.

On a personal level, I’ve always been drawn to technology and the pace at which things evolve. I enjoy being close to the work, building alongside teams, and helping turn ideas into something that actually holds up as companies grow.
