About Trevor Kozar

Over the past 9+ years I've worked with startups across Silicon Valley environments, supporting both early stage buildout and growth across product, operations, CX, hiring, and go-to-market. The common thread across all of it is helping bring structure to areas that are still taking shape.

I take a people-first approach and usually start by identifying the biggest source of friction in the business. From there it's about creating alignment, putting the right structure in place, and helping teams move forward with more consistency. I have a strong understanding of the founder experience and part of what I bring is helping create space, reduce noise, and make execution feel more manageable. Think of me as a fractional Integrator. No full-time hire required.

How I Can Help

  • Operations & Systems Design Building repeatable processes, workflows, and accountability structures so the business runs without constant founder involvement.

  • Software Procurement & Implementation Evaluating, selecting, and rolling out the right tools for your team and making sure they actually get adopted.

  • AI & Workflow Automation Integrating AI tools and automated workflows into daily operations so teams move faster without adding headcount.

  • Hiring, Onboarding & Team Design Supporting hiring decisions, building onboarding systems, and designing org structure aligned to where the company is going.

  • Company & Team Audits A full diagnostic of how the business is operating across people, process, tools, and communication, with clear recommendations on what to fix and in what order.

  • GTM, Product Ops & Scaling Helping teams build the operational foundation needed to scale from go-to-market execution to cross-functional alignment as headcount and complexity grow.

  • Whatever the Business Needs If it needs to get done and no one owns it, I own it. That includes anything from bookkeeping and vendor management to executive scheduling and clerical work. A true second-in-command fills the gaps.

A selective, embedded approach.

I work with a small number of teams where I can be deeply involved in execution and decision-making. Whether supporting new initiatives, refining operations, or helping teams scale, I operate as a hands-on extension of the leadership team.
